Arthur Shields (* 15. Februar 1896, Dublin, Irland; † 27. April 1970, Santa Barbara, California, USA) war ein irischer Schauspieler.
1949 fungierte er in 26 Episoden der TV-Reihe Your Show Time als Erzähler, so auch in der 10. Episode The Adventure of the Speckled Band.

Shields begann seine Karriere als Schauspieler am Dubliner Abbey Theatre. Bereits 1918 hatte er seinen ersten Filmauftritt in Knocknagow.
